The referee affirmed the Job Centers determination to grant benefits to Claimant pursuant to the "voluntary quit" and "able and available for work" provisions of Sections 402(b) and 401(d)(1) of the Unemployment Compensation Law (Law), Act of December 5, 1936, Second Ex.
